REFUNDS
We may offer some of our services as a subscription or one-time purchase-based product. We hope you enjoy our services and that they help you improve your beekeeping efforts. However, we understand that they may not be for everyone, and in this case we want to provide a way for customers to receive their money back.
In order to request a refund for an online purchase, please use our contact form located here. Make sure to provide the email and username associated with the purchase if applicable, along with any additional info about your request (positive and constructive feedback about our product is appreciated!).
Refund requests will typically be approved as long as your account is in good standing (meaning it hasn't been disabled or deleted), and that your purchase occured within the past 7 calendar days before our receipt of your request. Multiple refund requests received within a short amount of time may be individually reviewed and approved or denied on an individual basis. Any other requests will be manually reviewed.
We reserve the right to deny a refund request for any reason, but will generally make an effort to review and approve your refund request as long as you genuinely purchased and tried the product. You will receive an email from us once your request has been reviewed, and the refund will be issued within 1-2 weeks after your request has been processed.
